About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst II, you will work within the Post Sales Organization, partnering with Customer Support & product teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring leadership has visibility into business-critical KPIs. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization tools, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.
* Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
* Partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.
* Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
* Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
* Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
* Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.

What We’re Looking For:

* 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
* Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation
* Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred)
* Strong business acumen & KPIs knowledge for Pre & Post Sales functions such as Support, Sales engineering, services / customer onboarding and customer support
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards
* Python/R for data manipulation and automation
* Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
