System Engineer (m/f/d)

* Provide Level 2 support, troubleshoot complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to coordinate technical activities and ensure effective service delivery.
* Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 1–2 weeks per quarter).

When you fit in with us:
Mandatory requirements:

* 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or technical support.
* Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server (2019 and later).
* Practical experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
* Experience with RDS, Level 2 support, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
* Involvement in infrastructure projects, particularly server migrations.
* Good knowledge of networking, VPNs, and firewalls.
* Good English skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-focused environment.

Nice to have:

* B2 German language skills (a strong advantage, as most customers are German-speaking).
* Experience with Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
* Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and SQL.
* Microsoft certifications such as AZ-800 and AZ-801.
