Inside Sales Agent

* Conduct cold calls (script provided) to qualify leads and schedule appointments
* Prospect daily via calls/emails/texts using real estate platforms (Zillow, RedFin, etc.)
* Convert social media inquiries into appointments
* Update and maintain CRM records with lead statuses/notes
* Nurture past leads through follow-ups and query resolution

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence
* Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily
* Detail-oriented and organized, especially in maintaining accurate lead notes and statuses

* Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic

* Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
