We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is key in evaluating new cases, gathering critical information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process while delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial consultations with potential clients and gather relevant information to assess case eligibility.

* Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to convert prospects into clients.
* Maintain accurate and detailed notes, updating lead status in the system as needed.
* Obtain all necessary signed documentation to successfully retain clients.
* Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
* Direct prospective clients to the appropriate resources and manage urgent matters efficiently.
* Assist with administrative tasks to support daily firm operations.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Previous intake experience or experience working in a law firm.
* Ability to handle and analyze multiple intake calls daily.
* Strong understanding of intake processes with a client-focused and empathetic approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
* High attention to detail and strong writing skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.
* Experience with FileVine or other legal case management software is a plus.
* Interest in personal injury law and a strong desire to support clients during challenging situations.
