* Manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and communicating campaign performance, insights and recommendations.
* Function as a liaison between your clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding/launch and throughout the entirety of campaigns.
* Review and deliver reporting – having a keen eye for details.
* Anticipate and address client needs and concerns (ideally before they arise).

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex campaigns effectively.
* Work closely with our internal teams, utilizing them as a resource for your clients’ success.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Client Service team and the company as a whole.
* Relevant Bachelor's degree.
* 1-2 years experience in the Advertising/Marketing industry.
* Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps.
* A proactive and eager attitude.
* Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure.
* Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead.
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
