About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Tasks:
Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools Promote company products and services to high-value clients Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher Native or bilingual proficiency in Thai Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
