We’re hiring an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to support our client, an established dental practice, in a fully remote capacity. If you have a strong background in medical insurance billing, especially for dental procedures, we’d love to hear from you.
Work Schedule: Remote, EST Hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify medical insurance coverage for dental implants, CT/CBCT scans, and mandibular advancement devices

* Contact insurance companies to confirm benefits, coverage, and authorization requirements
* Assist with medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and insurance claims
* Work closely with the dental billing team and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records
Job requirements
* Experience with US medical insurance billing and insurance verification
* Knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and claims processing
* Experience with dental-to-medical billing (Strongly Preferred)
* Familiarity with Dentrix (Preferred)
* Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and available to work EST hours
