Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-impact visual content across digital platforms. This includes marketing campaigns, social media, web design elements, email templates, UI mockups, brand assets, and more. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, digital-savvy, and experienced in creating designs that are not only beautiful but also aligned with business goals and user behavior.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute creative concepts across digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
* Incorporate Arabic calligraphy, freehand designs, and typography into creative projects to enhance visual storytelling and cultural authenticity.
* Define and enhance the visual identity Of DB Investing while supporting the creative needs Of Our wider brand portfolio.
* Develop engaging graphics, motion design, and multimedia content to boost audience engagement.
* Ensure brand consistency across all designs while pushing creative boundaries.
* Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep our visuals fresh and compelling.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and branding teams to translate business objectives into impactful designs.
* Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
* Optimize designs based on feedback, ensuring the best possible user experience and visual impact
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or related field.
* 1-3 years of proven experience in a digital or creative design role (agency or in-house).
* Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across various platforms.
Design Tools Proficiency:
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
* Figma, Sketch, or similar for digital/web/UI design.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics is a plus.
Key Competencies:
* Exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, and detail.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
* Creativity, initiative, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
