Role: Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid, London, UK
Required skills:
* 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Customer Journey Marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/Real-Time CDP).
* Experience designing, implementing, and optimising customer journeys across digital channels.
* Experience defining KPIs, tracking plans, dashboards, and performance reporting.
* Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
* Experience with customer segmentation, first-party data collection, and progressive profiling.
* Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and consent management.
* Experience translating marketing objectives into technical journey specifications and coordinating delivery teams.
* Strong content judgement, with experience briefing and approving marketing copy and creative assets.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through to completion.
* Fluency in English.
