PR Manager

You'll own a portfolio of approximately 4-5 clients, acting as their trusted PR partner while working closely with our internal team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of 4-5 client accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact.
* Build trusted relationships with founders, executives and key stakeholders.
* Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
* Lead client calls, present campaign updates and provide strategic communications counsel.
* Build, maintain and leverage relationships with US business, finance, technology and crypto journalists.
* Identify proactive media opportunities, newsjacking moments and thought leadership angles.
* Write compelling pitches, press releases, media alerts and briefing materials.
* Secure interviews, features, contributed articles and top-tier media coverage.
* Collaborate with internal content, social media and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, media coverage and industry trends, providing clients with strategic recommendations and reporting.

Requirements

* 4+ years of public relations experience, ideally within an agency environment.
* Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior stakeholders.
* Strong relationships with US journalists across business, finance, technology and crypto media.
* Demonstrated success securing coverage in top-tier publications.
* Experience working with crypto, fintech or emerging technology clients.
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Highly organized with exceptional project and account management skills.
* Comfortable working remotely within an international team.
* A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for building long-term client and media relationships.

Nice to Have

* Existing relationships with reporters across outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, The Block, WSJ, etc.
* Experience leading executive profiling and thought leadership campaigns.
