Role Mission

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist for SAMY, you will take a leadership role in managing and strategizing influencer campaigns and activations. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide strategic insights and creative solutions to meet campaign briefs. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

* Strategic Campaign Development: Receive briefs and work collaboratively with the brand and SAMY teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.

* Influencer Selection and Management: Identify and select the best influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content meets high-quality standards and requirements.

* Campaign Performance Oversight: Supervise daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to maximize results.

* Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate influencer results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectives.

Skills & experience

* Experience: Previous experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of strategic campaign management.

* Skills: Advanced social media knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and high proficiency in Excel.

* Attributes: Strategic thinker, highly analytical, exceptional creativity, and strong leadership skills.

* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the spanish influencer landscape.

* Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

* Languages: Spanish native, english full working proficiency (written and verbal)
