Bits of your job:
* Build and manage AI creator personas for our supplement brands, shaping their look, voice, and personality.
* Create short-form product videos using our in-house AI tools, from scripts and avatars to voiceovers and final edits.
* Grow our social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and experimenting with new hooks and formats.
* Help launch and manage Meta ads that drive traffic to our Amazon listings.
* Track performance (hook rate, CTR, CPC, add-to-carts, and sales) and use the numbers to improve what we create.
* Keep an eye on competitors, spot interesting trends, and turn new ideas into content worth testing.
* Work closely with our Marketplaces team to connect social media content, advertising, and Amazon growth.
* And other assigned tasks.
Key expectations:
* You've experimented with video or image editing tools and have an eye for detail.
* You spend time on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook and understand what makes content stop the scroll.
* Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a strong advantage. Interest or experience in Amazon and other online marketplaces is a plus.
* You're comfortable with numbers and curious about understanding what works and what doesn't.
* You communicate well in English and enjoy working as part of a team.
* Most importantly, you're eager to learn, open to feedback, and not afraid to make mistakes. Experience comes with time.
Compensation: 500 €/mon. net
