About the Role
You will design and operate the cloud infrastructure that supports our AI products. You will integrate Claude (Anthropic) as our foundational model, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-efficient environments, while eliminating manual dependencies to accelerate the development cycle across the engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Infrastructure & Automation: Develop infrastructure as code (OpenTofu / Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Docker/K8s) to enable autonomous deployments.
* AI Platform: Integrate core Artificial Intelligence components (API gateways, model routing, traceability) and optimize operational costs (caching, batching).
* High Availability: Administer relational databases (RDS/Aurora with PostgreSQL), implementing automated failover and robust backup policies.
* Security & Observability: Centralize credential management (AWS Secrets Manager) and design proactive monitoring (Datadog, Grafana) to prevent operational incidents.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Standardize architecture with the Cloud/SRE team and ensure regulatory compliance (CNBV, SOC 2, PCI) alongside Security & Compliance.
Required Profile
* Cloud Experience: 4+ years operating production workloads in AWS (EC2, IAM, RDS/Aurora, S3, Secrets Manager).
* IaC & DevOps: Proven experience with Terraform/OpenTofu, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and Linux administration.
* Artificial Intelligence: Technical mastery of Claude and advanced Prompt Engineering; experience operating LLM services in production.
* Desirable: Experience in the Fintech sector, advanced Python, and AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps, or Machine Learning).
