What you’ll bring
6–9 years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial full-stack product development. Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development. Experience building backend APIs and services in Python or a similar language. Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling. Experience designing reliable workflows for complex business rules or data-heavy applications. A track record of taking features from ambiguous requirements to production. Strong testing, debugging, and code review habits. Clear communication and the ability to work effectively across product and engineering.
Helpful experience
Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and cloud-hosted applications. Data imports, document workflows, background jobs, or audit trails. Accessibility, application security, and observability practices. Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical work across a team.
