Creative Strategist (CM - AI first)

We are looking for a Junior AI Creative Strategist with a 100% social-native DNA and a passion for emerging technologies. This role is designed for a Community Manager, Content Creator, or UGC Creator ready to take the next step into social strategy.

Rather than requiring a senior strategist, we are seeking a highly curious individual with a strong aesthetic eye, a deep understanding of social trends (particularly in fashion and e-commerce), and an eagerness to leverage generative AI. Reporting directly to the Strategy Lead, you will bridge the gap between social trends, product catalog selection, and AI-driven video content automation.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

* AI Video Automation & Product Curation (Fashion/E-Commerce):

* Support the AI-driven video automation workflow by selecting products from catalogs that best fit current social media trends.

* Apply creative criteria and aesthetic sensitivity when curating AI engine outputs, ensuring videos remain visually diverse, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

* Trend Spotting & Social-Native Formats:

* Identify real-time opportunities, viral conversations, and trending video formats across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

* Evaluate which creative angles and video structures perform best in social media to inform content production.

* Reporting & Strategy Support:

* Track and report on content performance and video format effectiveness to determine what product/content combinations resonate best with audiences.

* Provide key inputs, insights, and trend research to the Senior Strategist, who will lead final client reporting and high-level strategy.

* AI Exploration & Workflow Optimization:

* Experiment daily with generative AI tools (prompts, AI video generators, automation workflows) to increase content variety and accelerate time-to-market.

What We Are Looking For (Experience & Skills)

* Background & Seniority: 1–3 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, UGC Creation, or as a Junior Digital Strategist. (This is a junior/mid-junior role with a structured, focused scope).

* Social Native DNA & Fashion Sensitivity: Deep familiarity with audience behavior on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Strong aesthetic eye and a passion for fashion, e-commerce, and visual storytelling.

* Curiosity & Passion for AI: Genuine interest in exploring and testing generative AI tools (OpenAI, Midjourney, AI video engines, prompt engineering).

* Basic Analytical Skill & Selection Criteria: Ability to interpret basic social metrics, build simple format performance reports, and articulate why a specific product or video concept works.

* Collaborative Mindset: Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and work closely under the guidance of senior strategy leaders.

* Communication Skills: Impeccable writing skills in Spanish (local/regional nuance) and working knowledge of English.
