* Managing patient scheduling for appointments, surgeries, and procedures

* Handling prescription refills and coordinating medications
* Performing insurance verification and supporting medical billing processes
* Maintaining and updating patient medical records
* Supporting telehealth consultations and virtual care coordination
* Facilitating communication between patients, families, and medical staff
* Providing general administrative and operational support to assigned clinics or providers
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
* BS Nursing or allied health graduate (registered or underboard)
* Background working in a BPO healthcare account or clinical/hospital setting
* US healthcare insurance verification experience
* Prior HIPAA/PHI handling experience or HIPAA training
* Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
* Able to work a fixed night shift
* Work-from-home setup with a laptop/PC, reliable internet connection, and headset
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience handling patient scheduling for healthcare providers (appointments, procedures, or surgeries)
* Experience using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks (ECW), or Athenahealth
* Experience handling patient communications across phone, email, SMS, patient portals, and telehealth platforms
