Role: DevOps Engineer - Akamai

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

* Proven experience operating at a senior level in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps within a large enterprise environment.
* 2+ years of hands-on, recent experience supporting and configuring Content Delivery Networks, specifically Akamai.
* Strong, hands-on proficiency in managing cloud environments using Terraform or Terragrunt
* Solid coding skills in Python, alongside working knowledge of JavaScript and Shell for building internal automation and tooling.
* Deep understanding of web fundamentals, including DNS, proxies, and edge security technologies (WAF, bot management).
* Experience with Git, modern automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and general DevOps principles
