Your role
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Your day-to-day expectations
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management appointments via telehealth
* Develop accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical practices
* Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with
Televero policies, state regulations, and best-practice guidelines
* Utilize measurement-based care tools and patient-reported outcomes to inform treatment planning and clinical decision making
* Review and interpret patient assessments, screening tools, and clinical history
* Participate in case consultation, clinical staffing, and interdisciplinary discussions when appropriate
* Complete all clinical documentation, coding, and required administrative tasks within established timelines
* Participate in required provider meetings, educational sessions, and ongoing clinical development opportunities
* Support organizational initiatives that advance patient access, quality, and innovation in behavioral healthcare
Your workday
This position is 100% virtual.
We are open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, Monday through Sunday.
This position is part-time from 16 to 32 hours of patient time per week.
We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule.
This role reports to Televero's Medical Director and a POD Leader (Supervisory MD).
Experience we value
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
* Completion of CCNE-accredited Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialization.
* Active PMHNP License in Washington.
* Minimum 2 years' prescribing experience
* Ability to treat patients ages 10 and up.
