What you'll do
* Collaborate closely with our leadership team and cross-functional partners to build thoughtful, impactful end-to-end product features
* Lead projects from early design through implementation, delivery, and iteration
* Help shape technical systems, internal tools, and engineering practices as the team scales
* Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while maintaining long-term maintainability
* Support and mentor teammates, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture
What we're looking for
* Deep experience in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the stack
* Experience leading projects or owning product areas end-to-end
* Strong product intuition and the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
* Clear communicator who collaborates well across disciplines
* Interest in helping grow both systems and people on a mission-driven team
