What we expect from you:
* Proficient in R for statistical programming, data manipulation, and visualization
* Knowledge of CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM, SEND) and industry best practices
* Experience in TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) programming
* Understanding of validation principles within a GxP environment
* Experience with Medical Data Review and Pharmacovigilance
* Experience with version control systems such as Git

* Familiarity with the end-to-end drug development lifecycle and clinical trial workflows
* Experience in requirements gathering and backlog management
* Master’s degree in bioinformatics or a related discipline (e.g., computer science, data science, biostatistics, mathematics) or equivalent work experience
* You have a valid passport (when you're based outside of Poland) or ID (if you're based in Poland).
* Must be located in EMEA or LATAM.
Additionally, we'd appreciate if you have:
* Experience in building web applications or websites using R/Shiny
Experience in designing and maintaining reproducible data processing pipelines (i.e., Nextflow)
* Understanding of fundamental concepts in molecular biology and bioinformatics
* Experience in using bioinformatics tools and databases (i.e., Bioconductor, BLAST, NCBI, EMBL, PDB, PubMed)
* Experience in creating and maintaining R packages
* Experience in collaboration with scientists and clinical researchers
