Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners, with clear communication and mutual collaboration. Research and analyse the market to identify potential partners who could become strategic allies. Negotiate and establish agreements and contracts that benefit both parties and support the company's strategic objectives. Develop and implement business strategies that create collaboration opportunities, including joint marketing initiatives and sales campaigns. Work closely with departments such as Sales and Marketing so that partner initiatives support overall business goals. Produce reports and analyse data and metrics to assess how effective collaborations are, and adjust them as needed. Ensure all activities and agreements comply with financial industry regulations and standards, with support from the Compliance department.

Requirements
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or channel management, ideally in financial services or fintech. Experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements or contracts that protect both parties' interests. Solid understanding of financial industry regulations and standards, and the ability to work with Compliance on them. Analytical mindset: comfortable using data and metrics to measure collaboration results and decide what to change. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Sales, Marketing and other departments.
