We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join a client’s team that utilizes an AI-powered learning platform used by large, international organizations. The team focuses on onboarding new customers, supporting them through implementation, and making sure projects run smoothly from kick-off to go-live.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with both internal experts and customer-side stakeholders, helping keep communication clear, timelines on track, and customers supported every step of the way. You’ll make sure customers have a smooth and positive experience by providing proactive, responsive support. You’ll be the central point of coordination, keeping projects organized and helping move things forward.

What You Will Do:
* Support customers in using a learning software platform
* Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions
* Set up and manage project plans (templates provided)
* Follow up on milestones, risks, and action items
* Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
* Solve issues and coordinate next steps
* Respond to customer requests via email
* Log and follow up on bug reports
* Collect and share product feedback
What You Need:
* Strong communication and expectation management skills
* Confidence in facilitating meetings
* Excellent spoken and written English
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or client-facing roles
* Comfort working across a wide range of topics and stakeholders
* Ability to work to deadlines and iterate quickly on feedback
