What You’ll Do

* Originate residential and non-owner-occupied mortgage loans
* Build and manage your own pipeline and referral relationships
* Guide borrowers from application through closing
* Work closely with in-house processing and compliance teams
* Grow consistent monthly production while maintaining service quality

What We’re Looking For

* Active NMLS license (required)
* Originators and Sales Leaders

* Ability to self-source or manage referral-based business
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth
