* Data & Mass Loads: Own data integrity by managing mass data updates, tenant configuration changes, and business process improvements using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Payroll, IT, and internal People teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and deploy system enhancements.
* Release & Regression Testing: Assist in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of Workday’s bi-annual releases, new features, and ongoing system patches.
* Support & Collaboration: Provide day-to-day tier-2 support for system bugs, configuration updates, and end-user training, working alongside internal HRIS team members to balance configuration responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring
* Workday Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience, with a strong functional understanding of at least one of our key focus areas: Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off and Absence.
* Broad HCM Knowledge: Strong general knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation business processes.
* Technical Toolkit: Proven experience building custom Workday reports, utilizing advanced calculated fields, and independently executing data loads via EIBs.
* Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and a passion for data integrity.
* Strong Communicator: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across Finance and HR.
Nice-to-Haves
* Exposure to or foundational knowledge of Workday Studio, Integrations, or Workday Extend.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or manufacturing environment.
