XTB is currently looking for a Junior Account Manager to join and contribute to the growth of the Sales Department at XTB France, based in Paris La Défense.
Responsibilities
Active contact with new users of our investment solutions (mainly by phone) Assessment of client needs and offering tailored solutions based on XTB products and services Follow-up calls and scheduling in-person meetings Evolving responsibilities according to departmental needs
This position does not require cold calling (handling inbound leads only)
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills Powers of persuasion and perseverance Proactive and flexible approach Strong interest in the economic and financial sector Comfortable using software applications (investment, management platforms, etc.) Ability to work under pressure Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac)
