* List 20 properties per month and earn £75,000+ OTE
* List 30 properties per month and earn £100,000+ OTE

What You'll Be Doing

* Conducting property valuations
* Winning new instructions
* Building strong relationships with vendors

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

* A minimum of 3 years' estate agency experience
* A proven track record of winning instructions
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* A customer-first approach
* The drive to maximise your earnings
* The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Flexibility to work weekends when required
