Job Description
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy CRM & AI Solutions Specialist who enjoys working with clients, exploring new technologies, and finding innovative solutions to business challenges. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, comfortable handling client interactions, and capable of independently researching, learning, and implementing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI, interested in CRM platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Onboarding
* Handle client calls, onboarding sessions, and discussions confidently.
* Understand client requirements and provide practical solutions.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
CRM & Business Tools
* Work with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, or similar tools.
* Support CRM setup, integrations, and workflow improvements.
* Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions independently.
AI Tools & Automation
* Explore AI tools to improve efficiency and automate workflows.
* Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions.
* Stay updated with emerging AI technologies.
Research & Problem-Solving
* Independently research tools, challenges, and solutions.
* Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution.
* Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in handling client-facing conversations and onboarding sessions.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
* A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
* Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new software and business tools.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
* A solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Additional Information
Good to Have:
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot (highly preferred).
* Familiarity with Apollo, Aircall, Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM platforms.
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
* Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, automation, or technical workflows.
* Previous experience in client onboarding, CRM implementation, customer success, or technical support.
