Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 3-5 years of experience in Resource management, including hands-on experience in using MS Excel and Office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage resource allocation and utilization across AI & Data Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering & Enterprise Service Management practices to ensure optimal workforce deployment 2. Coordinate with project managers and practice leads to forecast, track, and fulfill resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects 3. Monitor project progress and proactively identify resource bottlenecks, recommending solutions to address gaps and maximize delivery efficiency 4. Maintain and update resource management tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for leadership reviews 5. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of resources, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and project-specific requirements 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to support workforce planning, skill inventory management, and succession planning for critical roles 7. Generate and analyze resource utilization metrics to drive continuous improvement in team productivity and project outcomes Required Skills: 1. MS Project Plan for resource scheduling and tracking 2. Project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall 3. Resource management tools and dashboards 4. AI & Data Engineering domain knowledge 5. Infrastructure Engineering & Enterprise Service Management domain knowledge 6. Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting 7. Project forecasting and capacity planning 8. Project financials and cost tracking 9. Project risk management techniques Preferred Skills: 1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 2. Project Management Professional (PMP) 3. Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment 4. Portfolio management practices 5. Experience in large-scale technology transformation projects Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline 2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
