Requirement & Responsibilities:

* Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Golang.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services and applications using Golang.
* Implement best practices for code quality, code reviews, performance, and security in Golang development.
* Manage and train a group of junior early-stage engineers. Should have a passion for mentoring people.
* Optimize existing codebase and identify opportunities for improvement in performance and scalability.
* Write unit tests, conduct automated testing, and ensure high code coverage to maintain quality while participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

* Extensive hands-on experience with APIs using Golang, relational, and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
* Proficiency in developing concurrent and distributed systems in Golang.
* Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
