Product Designer

What will you do

* Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

* Improve user conversion, retention and engagement with design solutions across the whole product.

* Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.

* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design ideas.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

* Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and ensure brand consistency.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design process.

Applicant requirements

* 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.

* Experience in Product Management is highly desirable.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (comfortable with auto-layouting, components and all the features Figma provides for efficient design work) and Adobe Creative Suite.

* Precision and organisation when creating and maintaining designs.

* Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.

* Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).

* Strong ability to prioritize between business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent knowledge of English.

* Copywriting skills is a big plus.

Salary

Depending on your experience and qualifications salary starting from 3000 EUR Gross, plus additional performance & other bonuses.
