This is a senior role in a fast-growing commercial organisation of 500+ people spanning global regions, with the CCO overseeing 6 direct reports across international markets. * Meeting & Communication Management
* Take meeting notes, document decisions, and follow through on action items across leadership meetings
* Communicate and conduct outreach on behalf of the CCO: maintain alignment and trust with senior leaders at C-level and MD level across regions, and represent him professionally via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
* Plan and run team offsites end-to-end: concept, agenda, venue, accommodation, dining, transfers, rooming lists, and vendor coordination
* Project, Execution & Visibility
* Drive delivery of key commitments across the CCO’s direct reports and senior leadership
* Own end-to-end coordination of cross-functional projects: timelines, stakeholder alignment, delivery
* Maintain dashboards, task trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility
* Structure and improve internal workflows and planning processes; support cross-team coordination and information flow
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a senior EA, operations, or BizOps role in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and analytical skills. Comfortable with data, dashboards, and reporting
* Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, experience with task management tools (Asana, Notion, or similar)
* Comfortable with AI tools in daily work: research, drafting, summarising, data prep; proactively explores new tools and approaches to improve workflows
* Ability to work autonomously and make operational decisions without constant oversight
* Advanced English & Russian
* Nice to Have:
* Experience in tech or travel-tech
* Background in project management or operations coordination
* Experience building automated workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar)
Benefits
* Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
* Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
* Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
* Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
* Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
* Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
