Finance Systems Analyst (All Genders)

What you’ll do

* Ensure a reliable performance of our ERP with a focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses)
* Troubleshoot, support, and constantly look for ways to enhance our financial systems and processes
* Support implementation, migration, and integration of the already existing Oracle modules
* Educate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionality and features
* Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
* Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system
* Ensure best practices are followed within the ERP system
* Oversee Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete any
administration tasks and resolve issues
* Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)

What you’ll bring

* Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing financial systems
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administration experience with either Oracle (Fusion Cloud or EBS) or other cloud-based ERP solutions
* Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups
* Hands-on experience with SQL and using Oracle APIs.
* Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organizational and planning skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with employees at all organizational levels
* A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study. Individuals with leadership, project management, analytical, and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.
