Head of Market Surveillance & Integrity

What you will own

* Build the end-to-end surveillance framework, including alerts, case management, investigations and reporting.
* Define detection scenarios for manipulation, collusion, wash activity, spoofing, self-trading and insider-information risk.
* Translate surveillance logic into reliable real-time and post-trade monitoring with data and engineering teams.
* Establish market-integrity standards for participants, market makers, employees and partners.
* Lead investigations, document findings and recommend restrictions, remediation or enforcement action.
* Refine scenarios and thresholds using market behaviour, case outcomes and model performance.

What you bring

* 8+ years in market surveillance, trade compliance, exchange investigations or market integrity.
* Strong understanding of electronic markets, order books, trading behaviour and manipulation typologies.
* Experience designing alert logic and working with large transactional datasets.
* Sound investigative judgment and the ability to distinguish unusual activity from abusive behaviour.
* Fluency with regulators, lawyers, engineers, quantitative teams and operations.
