🚀 En Kruger Corp buscamos Arquitecto/a Empresarial / de Negocio para impulsar la innovación tecnológica en el sector bancario transformando vidas.
Serás parte del equipo de Arquitectura y Tecnología, donde tu misión será diseñar, alinear y estructurar la estrategia de negocio con la arquitectura tecnológica. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la eficiencia operativa, la correcta gobernanza de los datos y la evolución digital de nuestros clientes en el sector financiero.

Tus principales desafíos:
* Alinear la arquitectura empresarial con los objetivos estratégicos y de negocio del entorno bancario.
* Implementar marcos de referencia y mejores prácticas para asegurar soluciones escalables y seguras.
* Proponer mejoras a los procesos existentes para hacerlos más simples, ágiles y efectivos.
* Liderar la adopción de modelos de gobierno de datos para optimizar la toma de decisiones.
Hard Skills:
* Formación en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, o carreras afines.
* Experiencia de más de 5 años en Arquitectura Empresarial o Arquitectura de Negocio en el sector bancario.
* Conocimiento o certificaciones en TOGAF 9.
* Manejo de herramientas como: Marcos de gestión de datos (DAMA) y plataformas de modelado de arquitectura
Power Skills: Visión sistémica y pensamiento estratégico. Una actitud curiosa, colaborativa y con ganas de crecer. Trabajamos en base a los valores krugerianos.
