Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain self-service platforms on Kubernetes or VM-based infrastructure
* Automate lifecycle management of environments (deployments, patching, scaling)
* Define and deliver reusable deployment patterns for internal teams
* Embed observability, security and resilience into platform foundations
Must-have:
* Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments
* Proficiency with Helm, ArgoCD, Ansible or similar tools

* Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills
Nice-to-have:
* Familiarity with Backstage, Crossplane, or platform frameworks
* GitOps experience with ArgoCD or Flux
* CKA or other Kubernetes-related certification
