We're on the hunt for a skilled User Acquisition Manager with previous successful experience in games.
For what tasks?
* Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns
* Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
What kind of professional are you looking for?
* 2+ years in mobile gaming UA
* Experience managing paid traffic profitably
* Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics
* Hands-on work with: Google Ads, Meta, Video Networks. Google Ads, Meta are the main priority.
* Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing
* Russian fluent
Nice to Have
* Experience with ad-monetized word/puzzle games (IAA/Hybrid)
* Long LTV projects (180+ day payback)
* Testing and scaling emerging ad networks
