👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting children and families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

💰 Compensation & What We Offer

We believe clinicians should be rewarded for the meaningful work they do.

* 💲 $60 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians
* 💰 Monthly bonus potential based on eligible clinical and performance metrics
* 📈 Additional opportunities to grow your earnings as you build your caseload
* 🏡 100% remote work

* 📚 $150 annual CEU reimbursement
* ❤️ Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
* 🌱 Opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth as we continue expanding throughout Oklahoma
* 🤝 Clinical collaboration, consultation, and support from a multidisciplinary team

✔️ The ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment

✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
