We're looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to manage the publishing and presentation of content across our digital platforms.

Working closely with content owners, SEO editors, and other internal teams, you'll help ensure our websites remain accurate, visually consistent, and user-friendly.

* Format pages and articles using headings, lists, block quotes, embeds, Gutenberg blocks, and other WordPress elements.
* Ensure published content follows project requirements, brand guidelines, and formatting standards.
* Track live drafts, manage content revisions, and maintain clear version control.
* Implement content optimisations, corrections, and updates provided by page owners and SEO editors.
* Manage digital media assets, including renaming, compressing, optimising, and uploading images and videos.
* Set featured images and maintain an organised WordPress Media Library.
* Preview and review website content across desktop and mobile devices before publication.
* Check links, calls-to-action, formatting, and page layouts to ensure a smooth user experience.
* Identify and resolve content publishing, styling, and presentation issues.
* Use CSS to troubleshoot and make minor styling adjustments where required.
* Create and maintain internal documentation covering content uploads, version control, and media management.
* Support improvements to content publishing workflows and processes.

Requirements

* Previous experience working with WordPress, preferably including the Gutenberg editor.
* Good understanding of CSS, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot styling and layout issues.
* Good understanding of website content formatting, structure, and presentation.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Confidence working with Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
* Experience managing and optimising digital media assets, including images and videos.
* Ability to follow content, brand, and style guidelines consistently.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving publishing issues.
* Good written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with content, SEO, and other internal teams.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day content publishing tasks.

Nice to Have

* Basic frontend development knowledge, particularly HTML and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with responsive web design and mobile-friendly layouts.
* Understanding of SEO best practices and on-page content optimisation.
* Experience using browser developer tools to inspect and troubleshoot website elements.
