Position: Sales and Marketing Specialist
Number of hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Singapore Time Zone
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract potential clients and generate business opportunities.
* Conduct lead generation and prospecting through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and other channels.
* Identify, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

* Conduct sales presentations, communicate product or service offerings, and address client inquiries professionally.
* Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
* Prepare accurate sales quotations and proposals using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
* Maintain organized records of prospects, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
* Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of sales targets and business development objectives.
* Coordinate with the management team to improve sales processes and marketing initiatives.
* Attend training in Singapore for approximately two weeks to one month, as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, lead generation, or account management, supported by a portfolio or demonstrable record of sales achievements.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold calling.
* Experience using Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship management platforms.
* Ability to prepare professional sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations.
* Strong negotiation, prospecting, follow-up, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with clear and easily understandable spoken English.
* Ability to manage multiple prospects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
* Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
* Must possess a valid passport.
* Willingness and ability to travel to Singapore for training for approximately two weeks to one month.
