Responsibilities
* Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers.
* Attend medical appointments and monitor treatment progress.
* Communicate with providers, employers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
* Prepare case management reports and documentation.
* Support return-to-work planning and coordinate evaluations as needed.
Qualifications
* Active Texas RN license.
* Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience.
* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
* Reliable transportation for local travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
* Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain.
* CCM, CRRN, or related certifications preferred.
* Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required.
