Commercial Alignment: Balance volume and value mix across categories to meet market demand
3. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration
Supplier Account Management & Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Supplier Account Managers and the Sales team to share data-driven category insights (bestsellers, demand signals, market trends) and equip teams with category narratives for supplier business reviews and sales channel growth.
Tech & Product Enhancements: Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to drive automated market intelligence, pricing algorithms, product mapping, and catalog data enrichment.
Operations & Logistics Governance: Work alongside Operations teams to ensure efficient workflows, quality standards, and smooth handling for category-specific operational needs.
