Tax and Accounting Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage accounting engagements for HNW and UHNW clients.
* Prepare tax plans and support tax planning initiatives for clients.
* Oversee monthly accounting activities, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
* Meet with clients to discuss accounting needs, financial performance, and tax planning opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to develop new business and build client relationships.
* Collaborate with the tax and accounting team to coordinate client engagements and deliver quality service.
* Provide functional guidance and support across accounting engagements.
* Use accounting, tax preparation, and tax planning software to support client work.

Required Qualifications

* At least 5 years of experience in monthly accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
* QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor certification required.
* Familiarity with tax preparation and tax planning software platforms.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple engagements and work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
* Previous experience at a CPA firm or professional services firm.
* Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Work Environment

This is a remote, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule. The Tax and Accounting Services Manager will work closely with clients and internal team members, using a team-based approach to manage UHNW engagements and deliver coordinated professional services.
