CRM Technical Lead

Your main responsibilities

* Design the system architecture, integration patterns and cross-system data model, with a named source of truth for every object

* Decide whether a technical design is ready to build, or needs more work first

* Write down architecture decisions, what was chosen, what was rejected and why, so they are still readable in twelve months

* Manage, coach and develop the developers and administrators

* Set the standard for code quality, code review and how changes move between environments

* Remove single points of knowledge, so nobody is the only person who understands something critical

* Push back when a proposed build is over- or under-engineered for the actual need

* 7+ years hands-on with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations, with at least 3 leading a development team

* You have designed integration architecture across more than one system, such as CRM, ERP and data platforms

* You have set up or run Salesforce DevOps: source control, CI/CD, code review and environment strategy

* A Salesforce Application or System Architect certification, or similar

* Fluent English
