Role: Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal
Required skills:
* 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in Agile environments
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience with Jira and Confluence
* Solid experience with Angular 2+ and Java, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Maven and JBoss/Tomcat
* Experience with unit testing using JUnit, Mockito or equivalent testing frameworks
* Experience using AI coding assistants and applying software design patterns
* Knowledge of continuous integration principles and related tools
* Experience working with relational databases, particularly Oracle, and knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
* Active participation in code reviews and a continuous improvement mindset
* Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English; French is a plus
* Autonomy, strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and innovative approach
* Ability to promote best practices and mentor less experienced team members
