Job description

From monday.com’s job post, as they wrote it.

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

About BigBrain

Read the full description

BigBrain is monday.com's Data Platform group and the home of the company's internal AI innovation. Our mission is to make monday.com an AI-first company. Every employee, in every department, and every AI agent should be able to work safely and easily with the company's data, tools and agents, in a way that truly changes how work gets done. We build internal products that solve real business problems, some of which may one day become monday.com products.
Our AI Foundations layer is what the whole company builds on. It includes:

* A platform that lets any employee turn an idea into a live, governed app.

* A gateway that connects people and AI agents to internal and enterprise systems.

* Identity management for both employees and AI agents.

About The Role

This role is about understanding deeply what the company needs and what it's missing, turning that into BigBrain products and roadmap, and driving real adoption across the entire organization. You'll work with every department, from Sales, CS and Finance to HR, Marketing and Operations, with a special focus on the teams that don't build on their own. Your job is to get them using our products and getting real value from them.
You'll own the product end to end, from discovery through roadmap and delivery to launch and adoption. You'll work hand in hand with senior engineering teams and with partners in IT, Security, Data and business leadership across the company. It's a high-ownership, hands-on role with no layers in between. You'll report to the Head of BigBrain.

What you'll do

* Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for BigBrain's AI Foundations products.

* Build strong relationships across all departments, uncover their pains and opportunities, and turn what the company is missing into products and roadmap.

* Drive adoption across the organization, especially among non-technical teams, through enablement, champions programs, launches and being present at our sites around the world.

* Influence the roadmaps of other teams, and connect BigBrain to the systems, partners and initiatives that matter most to the business.

* Define how employees and AI agents securely access company data and tools, together with Security and IT.

* Drive cost efficiency and smart use of AI across the company.

* Define success through adoption and real business impact, then measure and report it to senior leadership.

* Prototype and ship yourself using AI tools, and dogfood our products every day.

What you'll bring

* 5+ years as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering products that people actually use.

* Experience owning platform, data, internal or developer-facing products.

* A strong business mindset and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at every level, from non-technical users to executives.

* A track record of driving adoption and change across a large organization.

* Technical depth to go deep with engineers on architecture, APIs, data access, identity and permissions.

* You're AI-native: a heavy daily user of AI coding tools, and comfortable building prototypes yourself.

* Self-driven, with a strong bias for action and the ability to lead and decide without full consensus.

* Analytical, and comfortable with data and SQL.

Advantages

* Experience with LLM products, AI agents or MCP.

* Experience with identity, security or governance for internal platforms.

* A background in data platforms or BI.

* Founder or entrepreneurial experience.

* An engineering background or a CS degree.

What monday.com can offer you:

* Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall

* Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

* Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success

* Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we

* A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
