Job Description
Media Manager, Planning (Part-Time)
Hours: 20 hours/week
Rate: $75/hour
Duration: 11/16/26 - 12/31/26, with intent to extend through all of 2027
Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Media Manager, Planning to support client-facing deliverables and buying system execution under the guidance of the Director/Associate Director. This role is well suited to someone who can work efficiently in a part-time capacity while staying closely aligned with the broader planning team.

Responsibilities
* Build client-facing slides with tactical recommendations, with guidance from Director/Associate Director
* Translate plan details from slides and spreadsheets into buying systems (e.g., Prisma, Mediaocean)
* Assist other planners with additional tasks as requested
** AI-optimized resumes and screening responses will not be considered**
Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in media planning or a related field
* Experience building client-facing presentations and translating strategy into clear, tactical recommendations
* Familiarity with buying/trafficking systems such as Prisma or Mediaocean
* Comfortable working part-time hours while staying responsive to team needs and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
