About the role
We’re building a new Commercial team at BLP, and we’re looking for driven, curious Account Executives in Munich or Cologne to join early. The team runs its own sales motion, built from the ground up and heavily supported by AI, with a dedicated team building the tooling and pipeline behind it.
This is a first closing role. You’ll step up from SDR or BDR to running full sales cycles with mid-sized companies, working a high volume of leads from our pipeline and helping finance teams remove manual execution from their purchase-to-pay processes. You’ll own your deals from first call to signature and help shape how the motion works.
What you’ll do
* Work a high volume of leads from our pipeline across many short sales cycles, from first conversation to signed contract.
* Run discovery calls and demos that connect finance challenges to clear value.
* Close multi-year SaaS agreements with CFOs and finance leaders.
* Test new outreach approaches and share what works with the team.
We’re excited about you because
* You’re an SDR or BDR, or in your first closing role, with about a year of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
* You hit or beat your targets, and you can show it.
* You’re confident cold calling and speaking with senior decision-makers.
* You want to close your own deals, learn fast and take feedback well.
* You’re fluent in German and English.
