* Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.
* Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
* Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.

Qualifications
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business
Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology
Skills & attributes:
* In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory.
* Strong customer focus and KOL engagement.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team
