AI Engineer – Anthropic Claude (Lead / Platform)
About the Offer
We are currently looking for two AI Engineers with hands-on Anthropic Claude experience to join the team of our client from the banking sector. The client is establishing Claude Enterprise adoption and Claude operations across the organisation, and is building a small team to design, secure, integrate and run the platform. There are two openings: a Claude Lead Engineer and a Claude Platform Engineer. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

Key Details:
* Rate: up to 170 PLN/h net (B2B)
* Work Model: hybrid, 75% remote, full-time (40 h/week)
* Location: Warsaw
* Openings: 2 (Lead Engineer and Platform Engineer)
Responsibilities – Claude Lead Engineer:
* Owning the technical design and engineering of the enterprise Claude platform
* Defining platform architecture, security, compliance and integration patterns
* Ensuring Claude Enterprise capabilities are introduced securely and integrated with internal systems through approved 1st party and 3rd party patterns
* Making sure the platform operates reliably in production
* Enabling business teams to adopt and use the platform
Responsibilities – Claude Platform Engineer:
* Building and supporting the Claude platform in line with defined requirements and internal guidelines
* Designing, implementing, operating and continuously improving the platform and its integrations within the enterprise environment
* Keeping Claude services secure, reliable, scalable and compliant with enterprise standards
* Enabling business teams to build and consume AI capabilities through approved 1st party and 3rd party integration patterns
Requirements:
* Several years of experience in IT, including hands-on work in a similar role
* Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, ideally Claude Enterprise platform engineering and operations
* Enterprise integration and API engineering experience
* Experience with enterprise AI architecture and operations
* Platform reliability, security and governance experience
* Nice to have: Microsoft Agentic AI / Copilot experience
* Fluent English, written and spoken
* Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate
