Join a team developing advanced semiconductor and embedded systems solutions for global technology customers. This role combines customer-facing technical support, hardware design expertise, and hands-on debugging to help bring complex products from concept to production.

* Guide customers through the design, integration, validation, and production phases of hardware and embedded systems
* Investigate and resolve hardware-related technical issues and escalations
* Work closely with engineering, product, and system teams to develop solutions, implement features, and address customer requirements
* Lead complex debug and root-cause analysis activities involving hardware, firmware, and system-level interactions
* Develop expertise in customer applications and provide technical recommendations on system architecture and design approaches
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, reference designs, and design guidelines
* Collect customer feedback and contribute to future product definitions and roadmap planning
Requirements
* B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in board-level, or system design
* Background in semiconductor, embedded hardware, or applications engineering
* Strong laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other electronic test equipment
* Experience working with SoCs, microcontrollers, or embedded platforms
* Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, or similar technologies
* Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills for embedded and hardware systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams
Preferred
* Experience supporting enterprise computing, server, networking, industrial, or embedded platforms
* Familiarity with FPGA, CPLD, Verilog, or digital design concepts
* Programming or scripting experience with C, Python, or similar languages
